Matt Richardson is a partner at The Richardson Firm.
He attended Campbell University’s Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law after receiving an undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Matt has been a practicing attorney in southeastern North Carolina since his admission to the North Carolina Bar in 2009. He was first hired as an Assistant District Attorney in Cumberland County, where he prosecuted cases on behalf of the State of North Carolina for nearly two years. His experience as a prosecutor improved his trial skills and gave him crucial experience in courtrooms of Cumberland County.
Matt came to work at The Richardson Firm in the fall of 2011. During his time at the firm, Matt has created a proficient and diverse civil litigation practice. He has successfully litigated cases against multi-national corporations, insurance companies, and state and local governments. He takes pride in standing up for everyday people and small businesses in a modern world that seems to favor only the top. His mission is to level the playing field, combine his skill and experience with the law, and obtain a positive result for his clients in each case.
Matt Richardson and his wife, Kimberly, have two sons. They hope to continue to raise their family in the Fayetteville area for several years to come.
